Object of desire VI
Philippe Starck designed this ride for Aprilia back in 1995. It's called the Aprilia Moto 6.5 and was produced until 2002. Click on the image to take a closer look.
If I wish really hard, perhaps I can ride this beauty next summer...?

Objects of desire V
Nothing beats a pair of new shoes! I have a thing for suede shoes, especially desert boots and car slippers.
Combine this with the lust for life and colour that stirs
every spring... These two pairs could be the perfect cure!

At the gates
I saw this wonderful little gate just off Biblioteksgatan in Stockholm, Sweden. The fencing and magpies (latin: pica pica) are all metalwork.

The Eames Plastic
Side Chair is a contemp-
orary version of the legend-
ary Fiberglass Chair. It was produced in collaboration with Zenith Plastics for the Museum of Modern Art in New York's Low-Cost Furniture Design Competition and was the first industrially manufactured plastic chair.
Since the 1950s the organically shaped seat shell of the Plastic Side Chair has been combined with various bases and produced in the millions.
Need I say this is an object of great desire to me. I can easily visualize six of these around my superellipse dinner table... Oh, the little coathanger in the foreground brings a smile to my face whenever I see it. It's quite an affordable way to boost serotonin levels!

A microcompact home
The micro compact home (http://microcompacthome.com/company/)company have developed the m ch. It's along the lines of Werner Aisslinger's Loft Cube and both are something I'm extremely interested in. My ideal home is situated in a mid-sized city or perhaps within a 15 minute commute by bicycle, scooter or electric automobile. I have a vision of my Smart parked outside my tiny abode, with it's small garden including a khoi pond...
