Another trip

This time I went to Karlstad to show an industrial property to prospective buyers. I met them for all of 19 minutes, before I got back in my car for the trip home...

Seems like I'm personally altering the climate by driving 600km for a twenty-minute meeting... *sigh*

Anger management

Typical anger management "techniques" are the use of deep breathing and meditation as a means to relaxation. As the issue of anger varies from person to person, the treatments are designed to be personal to the individual.*

Investment policy

Does anyone still doubt that China and India will be this planets leading economies within the next twenty years?* I also predict that West-Africas economy will become very strong. Just look at asian investments in West African countries!

* (I mean, they already are!)

I also believe in South America. Venezuela is a very interesting market if equlibrium is maintained. Just hope those norte-americanos keep their hands off that oil.

Fund #1:
(up NO DATA%)70% Venezuela, 30% India
Fund #2:(up 53%) 20% India, 15% Asian Small Cap, 20% Russia East Capital, 35% Russia, 10 Latin America

Moh ching, moh meng instant karma

Here's an interesting thought: I read somewhere of someone, who in order to attract money by using the strange universal law of karma, would write little blessings on one dollar bills with a marker. She would then hide the money where it would eventually be found, and quickly leave. The giving away apparently returned a hundredfold.

The point? Give without that egoistic urge to bask in someone's obvious happiness over being given money with a blessing!

Do some unexpected good. I guess it could actually cause a paradigm shift. In any case, at least two people will be happier than before!

Paraphernilia

So. I will sit in my Louis Ghost chair. Behind my frosted glass IKEA table. Having set my vodka-lime down on top of the Compinibili, stroked the touchpad on my laptop and logged in to write, I realize I need one more item. This is it*:

* For those of you who don't know:
It's a 2-1 speaker system from
Harman Kardon called Soundstick II

Yes, I am a materialist. But then I live in the western hemisphere. We are supposed to consume. Not consuming is counter-productive to the western view on economic growth. (Non-consumerism may even become a criminal offence). What will everyone do, once they don't have to consume or produce in order to afford consumtion? Think?

The present is now

The past is just a memory, and the future hasn't occured just yet.
The only thing that exists is the present.
Why not enjoy it just as it is? It's unique and will happen only once.
