Investment strategies

My investment strategy for the next decade, will be:

  • Security companies
  • Medicine/biotech
  • Renewable energy
  • Food solutions
  • Greentech (such as waste management)
  • Base metals
  • Peer-to-peer (such as joint partnership with cottage industries in developing countries)
Countries and markets of interest are (in no particular order):
Sweden, Denmark, USA, Brazil, Venezuela, China, Great Britain, Australia, Thailand, Russia, Africa, India
.

For Denmark, keeping it simple in the beginning is crucial. Therefore, I'd simply :
a) Take a closer look at Ratos. Their investments in Denmark are in the private-equity market.
b) There should be a market for bio-energy and windpower. I would look for direct investment in start-ups.
c) Just for fun, I'll be following this one: Kortnavn: ADSERV

Object of desire III

I don't know if it's Darth Vader exactly, but still pretty cool! I could well imagine having this parked om my driveway. Just imagine: Just as my neighbour gets into his 5-series BMW that costs him a fortune to maintain, I pop into this little pod, and zip away before he's even coaxed his huge auto out of the drive...

The only thing I don't like about it is the price tag. Costing SEK 139 000 is about 50 000 SEK too much. Sales would go through the roof if it cost less. Also, it has to be available with leather and suede interior...
