A microcompact home

The micro compact home (http://microcompacthome.com/company/)company have developed the m ch. It's along the lines of Werner Aisslinger's Loft Cube and both are something I'm extremely interested in. My ideal home is situated in a mid-sized city or perhaps within a 15 minute commute by bicycle, scooter or electric automobile.
